In addition to our Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday practice schedule the Y has also added Monday and Wednesday to our schedule. Starting tonight we’ll have 4 lanes from 8:15-10:00 pm. The Monday time slot will be 8:15-10:00 pm and we’ll have the whole pool.

Congratulations to Kim Russo and Grant Johnston who competed in the 2007 Potomac River Swim this past weekend. Grant finished the 7.5 mile race first overall with a time of 3:23 minutes (no wetsuit).
