Practice this Saturday 9/11 will be at Staples High School from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Jared will be bringing along an approximate 4000 meter workout.

Bruce, Chet, Greg and Josh competed in the Greenwich Island Beach Two Mile Swim this past weekend. The conditons were perfect compared to the condtions at the Swim Across the Sound the previous weekend. The Greenwich Time’s has a nice recap of the event.
