The January Jam has started; please sign up for it and select “Westport Swim Club” as your team. Our goal this year is to make it to 1,000,000 yards. That’s a lot of swimming, so if you have not already started, start now. The more we get signed up, the easier it is to make that number. We hope to get a lot of yards in tonight!!!

That will get you ready for the GROUND HOG MEET which is at the end of January. Start the year off in good shape…”every day we get older, but if we stay in shape we can actually slow down that process” Dr Mike (or at least that is what I am hoping).
