On Saturday Josh, Laina, and Mike met at Jennings Beach in Fairfield for a chilly swim in Long Island Sound. We swam for about 25 minutes back and fourth along the shore (Mike only swam for about 15 min. because he walked the length of the beach in knee deep water adjusting to the frigid temperatures the first time around). As water temperatures rise this will be a great opportunity to get in some open water practice so be sure to check it out next time!
