Find out what kind of shape you’re in after the summer season by competing in Sunday’s SC Yard WestConn Fall Masters Meet at WCSU. Meet Entries mailed in must be postmarked by Wednesday 9/22, and they will have deck entires that morning as well. This will be a great meet to figure out what kind of shape you’re in and motivate you to be in shape when Y Nat’s/USMS Nat’s role around in April. Leave a comment below if you plan on attending.
