Best of luck to Cheryl who heads down to Savannah, Georgia today to compete in the 2004 USMS Long Course National Championships.
Also the Westport/Weston YMCA will be closed from August 16th to August 29th. During this time we’ll practice at the Wilton YMCA. I’m sure Mike will have more to say about this when he returns from vacation so stay tuned.

Yes, the 200IM was the highlight, while the 100 fly remains the lowlight!
Thx again Jake….didn’t want to let the team down. Who said when you age up you have an advantage???? Some pretty fast 40-year olds out there!

Morning swims at Compo have been a lot of fun (ok, at least fun when it’s over). For any of you “crack of dawn” types, these guys & gals (mostly hard core triathletes) will be swimming Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am through 10/1. Typically we swim around 1.5 miles or so. Kim R, Kelly B. and I have been carpooling from Eastlawn St. in FFD. Hope to see you everyone on Saturday (Eastlawn Block & Band party).
