This weeks Speedo Tip of the Week comes from Connecticut’s Ben Michaelson on Becoming a great underwater kicker.

Ben is also the guest for 20 Question Tuesday at the USA Swimming website.

Ben Michaelson will either be front-page, headline news at the Olympic Trials, or you will see his name buried in your newspaper’s results and scores page. That’s because Michaelson is the true American darkhorse this time around, needing to knock off a pair of American and world record holders – Michael Phelps and Ian Crocker – if he is to earn a spot on the Olympic team. He took time to talk with special correspondent Bob Schaller for this week’s 20 Question Tuesday on his darkhorse status, the unique training environment he has, and what his mindset is heading into the Olympic Trials.
